What the card shows
An open hand reaches from a small curling cloud on the right, and a vermilion lacquer cup, decorated with lotus flowers, rests on its palm. Five thin streams of water arc from the brim and fall into a still pond below, where pink lotus flowers and broad green leaves float. A white dove descends from the top of the card, rays and droplets falling around it.
In Rider–Waite–Smith tarot the Ace of Cups shows a hand from a cloud holding a cup that pours five streams into a pond of water lilies, while a dove descends with a wafer. The streams are often linked to the five senses; the dove to peace and grace. The lotus, which rises clean from muddy water, is a fitting flower for this deck: feeling that grows out of ordinary life and opens anyway.

Ace of Cups: yes or no
Yes
The cup is full and offered; the card leans clearly yes, above all in matters of the heart.
A question to keep
Where is your heart ready to overflow, if you let it?
